Bodyplan is a noise punk band based in Austin, TX. With members Toni Riggio, Leighton Branaugh, Belice Rivarola and Jack Ryon, we started as a recording project in 2020, soon moving to Austin from our hometown of Denton. Bodyplan started playing shows and finding different scenes that we became part of. Bodyplan mostly plays DIY shows like co-ops and house shows and along with some friends Bodyplan started their own house venue called Mirror House. In October of 2021, Bodyplan released their self-titled mixtape which Pitchfork gave a 11/10 saying, “it’s the best thing we’ve ever heard”. Bodyplan is currently recording their first album and plan to release it…. at some point.
