A young energetic indie/psych trio coming out of Austin with a new sound. Their new album “Sandbox” fuses sounds of melodic synths, heavy guitar riffs, melodic vocals, and thumping bass as always. There’s a song for everyone on the album. Defying many genres and pushing the boundaries of their music, this is Favor.

Half Dream
Half Dream is a dream folk band based in Austin, TX and is comprised of Paige Renée Berry (guitar, vocals), Laine Hihhins (lead guitar), Wes Armstrong (drums) and John Heatherington (interim bass). Formed in 2018, Half Dream began with the name and songs of Paige Renée Berry and changed their moniker to reflect the ethereal and collaborative nature of the sound. Paige Berry’s songwriting explores identity, overcoming trauma, & moving past fear. Floating melodies find punch in driving hooks that highlight vocal subtleties, landing somewhere between dream and tenuous reality. These songs were born from a love of storytelling, radical empathy, and unfiltered expression from artists like Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, and Helen Reddy. Half Dream finds its home with fans of Angel Olsen, Big Thief, Wye Oak, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus. The band’s debut album was self-released October 13 2020 with an east coast tour to follow in 2022.

North by North
North by North is the Rock & Roll dream of two weirdos from Chicago IL. Their garage-y power-pop sound has been forged through years of teen angst, twenty-something alienation, sleeping in vans and practically living on a stage. Anchored by syrupy hooks, roaring guitar and bombastic drums, North by North produces a huge sound that has captivated thousands of people over hundreds of performances and festivals around the world.

Body Pillow
Body Pillow is a band out of Austin, TX fronted by Leslie Crunkilton (guitar and vocals) and joined by Irielle Wesley (drums), Marlon Hedrick (bass), and Saul Hernandez-Trejo (lead guitar). Leslie’s collection of heartfelt songs was born out of the pandemic, all carrying the quiet undertones of loss, sorrow, anxiety, and the painful but inevitable growth that follows. The upbeat guitar-driven pop melodies aim to make you feel good regardless and give you something to dance about.
