Get Set Go
8:00 PM · Inside · All ages

Get Set Go formed in 2002 in Highland Park, on the east side of Los Angeles.  After years as a seminal band in an indie-rock scene based out of the legendary Mr. T's Bowl, the band achieved world-wide attention after the hit television show, Grey's Anatomy,  repeatedly licensed multiple songs over the span of a decade.  Additionally, two Get Set Go songs were featured on the show's first two soundtracks.  After 22 years in Los Angeles, the band's principle songwriter, Mike TV,  migrated to Austin, TX in 2013.  At which point, Get Set Go became a solo project.  In Austin, Mike TV redoubled his commitment to songwriting.  He has released 6 full-length Get Set Go albums and multiple side-project albums and EPs in the handful of years he has called Texas his home.  The most current release, "This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things", is a quadruple album, featuring 45 songs and a running length of 2 hours and 24 minutes.
